Laurel Arts and Instructor Elizabeth Miller will be offering cooking classes on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 2pm to 4pm, in collaboration with the SOCO Farmers Market. Each class will feature ingredients from one or more vendors.
The Seasonal Quiche class takes place on Saturday, September 14 at 2pm to 4pm at 601 Georgian Place, Somerset.
The class will include how to make a delicious quiche using local ingredients including mushrooms from Sheep Ridge Farms.
Cost: $25 nonmembers/$20 members plus a $20 materials fee all payable to Laurel Arts.
