Instructor Pam Frola is joining us for another one of her ever popular sourdough starter classes. Learn how to care for a sourdough starter and bake the easiest loaf of bread (Sourdough Boule). In this class, Pam will be going over how to care for your starter and the importance of routine feedings. We will make a loaf in class but each participant will be given their very own starter and dough to take home and bake themselves.
