Beats with Blasey Fundraising Concert- Presented by Somerset Trust Company & Laurel Arts

Help support Laurel Arts’ mission of Arts for Everyone while enjoying an amazing lineup of music!  Members of Angie Brumbaugh’s Rock Band Class at Somerset Area High School will be the opening act for our summer fundraising concert: Beats with Blasey.  This event is presented by Laurel Arts and Somerset Trust Company.  As our Presenting Sponsor, Somerset Trust continues to invest in our community by making events like this possible!

The day of July 10, 2026 will be a day to remember for members of Indirect Reflect, the student rock band.  Earlier in the day, Scott Blasey will visit SASD to teach a masterclass to the students. Indirect Reflect will start the evening off, then join Scott Blasey of The Clarks on stage for a song.  Scott will be the headlining  act for the evening.

Remember the evening with a commemorative t-shirt! Limited edition shirts will be available for preorder (and a few the evening of the concert).

Schedule of Events:

-5:00 General Admission Open Seating Lawn Access (Food and Beverage Vendors Open)

-6:00 Opening Act: Indirect Reflect (SASD Student Rock Band)

-6:15 Indirect Reflect Performance with Scott Blasey

-6:30 Scott Blasey’s Solo Performance Begins

*Seating is open lawn- first come first serve.  Please bring a lawn chair or blanket for seating.

*Parking will be available in the lot across from Laurel Arts. Overflow parking: Field House Lot at Somerset High School.  Please note- this is a rain or shine event.  Inclement weather will result in the concert moving to the SASD High School Auditorium.  No food or beverage are allowed inside the auditorium.
