Learn how to care for a sourdough starter and bake the easiest loaf of bread (Sourdough Boule). In this class, Instructors Pam Frola and Rebecca Frola-Biss will be going over how to care for your sourdough starter and the importance of routine feedings. We will make a few loaves in class but each participant will be given their very own starter and dough to take home and bake themselves.
