Do you love pumpkin pie but aren’t sure you can make one on your own? Or maybe you want to brush up on how to make one? Join Instructor Marsha Schmuck for the afternoon to learn to make your own pumpkin pie from scratch. We will start out with a delicious dough recipe that can be used on any pie. We will take things a step further as we use the pie in another way to create mini pies for a platter. We will even use the leftover scraps to create another yummy treat! Students will get to take home one unbaked pie and will get to test our other treats.
Class take place on Sunday, November 13 at 2pm to 4pm at 601 Georgian Place, Somerset.
The cost for today’s class is $25 nonmembers/$20 members plus a $10 materials fee.
