Join Instructor Marsha Schmuck for a morning workshop perfect for Fall! We will learn all about sunflowers today including their history, what they symbolize, and how they got their name. We will also take a look at the famous Sunflower painting by Vincent van Gogh. Students will then create their own Sunflower using chalk pastels and their own version of Van Gogh’s vase of sunflowers. This workshop is best suited for ages 8 & up.
The class takes place on Saturday, September 10 at 10am to Noon at 601 Georgian Place, Somerset.
The cost for this workshop is $25 members/$20 members payable to Laurel Arts plus a $10 materials fee payable to Marsha Schmuck.
