Learn to Make Kombucha

Kombucha is a fermented, lightly effervescent, sweetened black tea drink. There are many health benefits to drinking kombucha including helping rid your body of toxins, boosting your energy and your immune system, and helping you to lose weight. Join instructor Sue Williams for an afternoon of Kombucha making. Students will have the chance to test several flavorful flights and learn to make their own. Each participant will also receive a “mother” to brew at home.
Class takes place on Sunday, March 17 at 2pm to 4pm at 601 Georgian Place, Somerset.
Cost: $25 nonmembers/$20 members plus a $20 materials fee payable to Laurel Arts. We require 50% of the fees to paid at the time of registration. This portion is non-refundable.
