Program Goals
Children will:
Explore colors, textures, shapes, and materials.
Develop fine and gross motor skills.
Practice early problem-solving and critical thinking.
Learn through sensory play and experimentation.
Build language through songs, stories, and discussion.
Create process-based art (focus on exploration rather than finished products).
Typical Weekly Schedule (90 minutes)
10 min Welcome song & sensory invitation
10 min Story connected to the theme
15 min STEM exploration
30 min Art project
15 min Free exploration/sensory stations
10 min Movement activity
10 min Clean up & closing circle
Important Information:
Classes take place Tuesdays 9:30am to 11am
at 601 Georgian Place, Somerset
September 8, 15, 22, 29 – Nature Explorers – Little nature lovers will paint, build, and explore as they learn about bugs, birds, nests, feathers, and butterflies. Every class encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love of the amazing creatures found in our own backyards.
$70 for the 4 week series (September & October)
$50 for the 3 week series (November)
Can’t sign up for the whole month?
Choose individual weeks for $20 each.
