You’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind felted creation and the skills to keep the fun going at home. We’ll begin with a leisurely walk guided by a park ranger to find butterflies in their natural habitat. Following our walk\, we’ll begin by painting an abstract and expressive watercolor background for our piece. This is your chance to paint whatever you like and run wild with color\, shape\, and texture! Once our backdrop is complete and dry\, you can follow along with my guided demonstration to how to draw a butterfly that we see on our walk. Together\, we’ll sketch the butterfly\, and then draw it in ink over your beautifully painted background.
