DESCRIPTION:Moms\, Dads\, Grandparents\, Sons\, and Daughters…any parent and child pair will work! Spend the evening building a terrarium. Each couple will build it together and can choose between a fairy garden theme or a dinosaur terrain. We will have a small craft or two that couples can create together for inside. There will be a variety of plants\, stones\, and assorted decorations to make each terrarium unique!\n\nClass takes place on Friday\, May 9 at 5:30pm to 7:00pm at 601 Georgian Place\, Somerset.\n\nClass fee is payable to Laurel Arts: $40 per parent/child couple*Please specify if you would like dinosaur or fairy themed.\n\nOur payment policy requires students to pay 50% of the total tuition and materials upon registration. DESCRIPTION:Learn about the Polish folk art of papercutting\, wycinanki\, from artist Sam Wróbel\, and create a papercutting of your own. During this 2 hour workshop\, you will learn about the history of wycinanki\, regional styles\, and techniques for creating your own papercuttings. Together\, we will make one Kurpie region style papercutting\, which is made from one piece of folded paper\, and one Łowicz region style papercutting\, featuring layered color.
