SUMMARY:3D Needle Felting Workshop
DESCRIPTION:  \nWe are excited for local artist Loretta Radeschi to return to Laurel Arts for another Needle Felting class. This time she will be taking her art to a new level as students will learn on a 3D project. The felt will be added to small gourds and pumpkins! Loretta will provide all the materials needed. No experience necessary. SUMMARY:Princesses & Pirates Day Camp
DESCRIPTION:  \n  \nWe had such a great time this summer that we decided to offer camps year round for ages 4-5 alone and 3 & under accompanied by an adult. Class would also be suitable for homeschooled children up to 3rd grade. The sessions include crafts\, games\, recipes\, and storytime. Classes will run Thursday mornings 10am to Noon. The cost per month is $40 nonmembers/$32 members and includes 3 sessions. Preregistration is required seven days before the first session of each month. Call/text 814-442-6217 to register. DESCRIPTION:  \nJoin Instructor Caitlin Schmuck for an afternoon of fun and creativity! Students will make their own color chooses and be taken step by step through creating 4 pairs of earrings. You will also be able to create your own unique 5th pair using what you learned or adding your own ideas. While the earrings bake\, we will enjoy a small snack that is provided. Feel free to bring along your own wine or favorite drink. Once your earrings are baked and cooled\, Caitlin will show you how to add jump rings and earring backs to make your creations wearable! Don’t have your ears pierced? These earrings also make great gifts!\nClass takes place on Saturday\, October 15 at 5pm to 7pm. This class is designed for ages 12 and up. SUMMARY:Clay Pumpkin Dish Making
DESCRIPTION:Join Clay Master Susan Wilson for the evening to create this adorable pumpkin dish. Susan will walk students through using a pinch pot technique to shape the dish. Participants will add an underglaze that evening. Susan will add the final glaze and do the firing. Students will be able to pick their finished piece up the following week. The class is for all ages.
