SUMMARY:Crochet Basics for Beginners/Intermediate
DESCRIPTION:Have you always wanted to learn to crochet and didn’t know how to get started? Join Instructor Tami Skavang for a 4 week session to learn the basics. Tami will show students a variety of stitches; chain stitch\, single crochet\, double crochet\, triple crochet\, half double crochet. Learn to read patterns and what the crochet abbreviations mean so you can continue to crochet on your own after the classes. Work each week to complete a beautiful project of your choice. Prior students or those that have crocheted before can also attend to further their knowledge.\nClasses take place on Wednesdays; March 8\, 15\, 22\, 29 at 6:30pm to 8:30pm at 601 Georgian Place\, Somerset.\nThe cost for the class is $65 nonmembers/$52 members payable to Laurel Arts plus $8 materials fee (includes yarn and crochet hook)\nPreregistration is required.
